Modern contrasting extension to 1930's Californian bungalow.

With this renovation the original house was kept in tact, only removing a portion of the 70's extension. The kitchen was turned into a nice wide hall and we recreated the "sleep-out" look to the rear wall of the old house. With a stylish yet functional solar passive design this home was transformed into an entertainers delight!
