Modern New Build in Cottesloe

Given the challenge of a smaller narrow style block, it was important throughout the design process to understand what features were really important to the client. Wanting lots of natural light with a functional space to entertain family and friends, feel safe & secure and having a modern yet homely feel were the key points on the brief.

The main bedroom and living area on the ground floor, is used daily. The grand kids and guests have their own area upstairs creating a separate sanctuary for when they visit.
